Ready to get started with Better At Us? The Getting Started page takes you through each step, from joining and payment to completing your questionnaires and arranging your initial meeting.
When you’re ready to begin, simply click Join Better At Us.
THE STEPS
Step-by-step guide.
1.
FILL IN THE FORM AND PAY
When you’re ready to join, click Join Better At Us and complete the form with your details.
Please make sure that both email addresses are correct, as these will be used to send you and your partner everything you need to get started.
Your payment of £395 will be taken when you complete the form, and you’ll receive a separate email confirming your payment.
2.
CHECK YOUR EMAIL
You and your partner will each receive an email with instructions for accessing the complete Better At Us programme and your personal questionnaire.
You can download the programme materials so that you have them available whenever you want to work on your relationship.
If you don’t receive the email, please check your junk or spam folder before contacting me.
3.
COMPLETE YOUR QUESTIONNAIRES
You and your partner should each complete your questionnaire independently. Allow around 20 minutes each – the questionnaires are deliberately detailed so I can gain a good understanding of you, your relationship, what is working well and where some additional guidance may be useful.
You’ll receive a confirmation email once your questionnaire has been submitted.
4.
I'LL CONTACT YOU
Once I’ve received both questionnaires, I’ll review them and contact you to arrange your initial 60-minute meeting.
This gives me the opportunity to understand your relationship before we meet and helps us make the best use of our time together.
